At Bronx Dance Academy, we believe that a strong partnership between school and home is vital for student success. The School Leadership Team (SLT) and the Parent Advisory Council (PAC) are the primary vehicles for this collaboration, giving families a direct role in decision-making and school improvement.
SLT
The SLT is a collaborative team of parents, teachers, and administrators that develops the Comprehensive Educational Plan (CEP) for the school. We meet monthly to discuss school goals, budget priorities, and instructional strategies.

PAC
The PAC is dedicated to ensuring that Title I funds are used effectively to support parent engagement and student achievement. All parents of students in Title I schools are automatically members of the PAC.
